What are the shipping costs? In the Netherlands, you pay €6.95, and from €50 we offer free shipping. You can find the full rates on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I return my order? You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Please note: for hygienic reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. We are happy to accept unopened, sealed products. Please email us at desircompanybv@gmail.com to register your return.
How can I pay? You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal — adjust to your own options.
Can I still change or cancel my order? Has your order not yet been processed? Please email us quickly at desircompanybv@gmail.com, and we will try to adjust it. Once a package is on its way, unfortunately, this is no longer possible.
Are the products cruelty-free / vegan? All our products are cruelty-free and largely vegan. We state this on the product page for each product.
How do I best store my products? Store your products in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and close them properly after use. This way, the color and texture will remain beautiful for the longest time.
I have an allergy or sensitive skin. Where can I find the ingredients? The full list of ingredients is on each product page. In doubt? Test a small amount on your skin before use, or ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
