3. Prices All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Order & Payment An agreement is concluded as soon as your order has been confirmed. Payment is made via the offered payment methods.

5. Delivery We deliver within the timeframes as stated on the Shipping & Delivery page. The stated timeframes are indicative.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For hygienic reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are excluded from this; sealed, unopened products can be returned.

7. Liability Use products according to the instructions. For sensitive skin or allergies, first test a small amount. Désir is not liable for damage due to incorrect use.
